AARP has been working to promote the health and well-being of older Americans for more than sixty years. And with this exclusive program for AARP members and guests, we want to empower you to live a healthier life through laughter. Laughter is a good remedy for your health. 

Studies show that laughter can help ease physical ailments and pain, releases dopamine, and reduces stress.
