*AARP NY joins doctors from Rochester Lifestyle Medicine Institute to share evidence about simple no-cost lifestyle changes that could help support a healthy immune system. In these interactive discussions you will learn how changes to lifestyle habits in nine key areas -- diet, activity, spending time outdoors, sleep, stress, avoiding toxins, relationships, purpose and joy -- can help prevent, arrest, or reverse chronic disease.

Join doctors and practitioners to identify some common toxins in home and work environments and learn how removing or replacing them can help support immune function, prevent chronic disease, and lower risk of health complications.
