WILMINGTON -- Looking for ways to share your life experiences, skills and passions in your community? AARP makes it easy to help out in the Cape Fear Region on the projects and with the people you care about most.

On Wednesday, February 4, AARP North Carolina is hosting a “new volunteer orientation” session and dinner at 6:00 pm, at the Hawthorne at Station Community Center , 531 Old MacCumber Station Road , Wilmington, NC 28405

Come learn more about area volunteer opportunities, meet key AARP staff and volunteers, and hear a special presentation on healthy living past age 100 by area physician Dr. Joshua Bradburn.
