With a record number of older adults staying employed or going back to work, many job seekers are seeking a little boost. One organization in Charlotte is helping connect employees and employers to help both individuals and businesses succeed.

Charlotte Works is the workforce development board for Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. Through collaborations with business, government, education and other nonprofits, Charlotte Works has developed nationally recognized workforce programs and resources, provided local talent with the tools and resources to successfully gain employment and worked with businesses to help create local jobs.
