Luscious Leftovers with a Spring Twist

GREENSBORO, NC — Get inspired to create easy, homemade meals with easy to find ingredients for a perfect spring flavor. A free spring AARP Nutrition & Cooking Series consists of three interactive online sessions led by Cindy Silver, an experienced registered dietitian. Each session will focus on simple, nutritious ingredients and tasty recipes that participants can easily replicate at home.

During the sessions you will receive recipe handouts and will be given access to a free, monthly e-newsletter with seasonal nutrition information, inspiration, and healthful homemade recipes.

Participants will:

  • Learn how to prepare nutritious and delicious homemade entrees salads using everyday ingredients.
  • Be encouraged to incorporate healthy, homemade meals into your spring diet.
  • Improve your confidence and skills in the kitchen through hands-on demonstrations
    and practical tips.
