Winter cooking and nutrition series: "New Year, New Ideas, New Goals for You"


GREENSBORO, NC -- Do you ask yourself every day, "What’s for dinner?" If you are like most people, you want to start off the new year by eating better. Are you sick of your own cooking?  If so, this is a great virtual opportunity for you to learn to prepare new tasty and nutritious meals.

Back by popular demand is our season cooking series with Cindy Silver, registered dietitian, nutritionist, and cook with nearly two decades of experience in the food and nutrition industry.

During each of these sessions, Cindy will walk participants through simple steps on how to create delicious and healthy meals with a twist.  Participants will also receive the recipes demonstrated in each class. 

NEW YEAR, NEW GOALS FOR YOU begins our series on Wednesday, February 9, 2022; 11 am - 12 pm (noon) ET where you will learn some options for realistic nutrition goals in 2022 and strategies to put yours into motion. NEW YEAR, NEW BREAKFAST IDEAS will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, 11 am - 12 pm (noon).  This week’s webinar will provide attendees with some out-of-the-box breakfast ideas, including the art of breakfast smoothies. Find out how to make an easy "Tropical Smoothie" and a "Green Smoothie" that will wake up your taste buds and power your winter mornings. NEW YEAR, NEW TWIST COOKING rounds out our series on Wednesday, February 23, 11 am – 12 pm (noon) ET where attendees will learn some ways to put a new twist on a traditional favorite for easy lunch or dinner plans.
