Winter cooking series -- healthy comfort food for the season

The AARP Winter Nutrition & Cooking Series is for everyone who wants to place nutrition as a priority this winter. Through these virtual courses, you will learn more about comfort foods and find inspiration for cooking healthier. Join us for three courses that will provide practical information and flavorful ideas to lure you into the kitchen!

The instructor for the courses is Cindy Silver, a registered dietitian who will bring us into her kitchen for sessions that feature a variety of healthier comfort foods to make your winter cozy!
