AARP North Carolina Awards Several Charlotte Volunteers for Their Commitment to Serving the 50+ Community in the Queen City

RALEIGH - Older North Carolinians overwhelmingly support bipartisan legislation to combat age discrimination in the workplace, a new AARP survey shows.

RALEIGH -- Southern Shores resident Robert Palombo has been appointed the new state president of AARP North Carolina, the state’s largest social mission organization with over 1.1 million North Carolina members.

RALEIGH -- Like the rest of the nation, North Carolinians have historically low personal savings rates that threaten the confidence people have of living securely in their retirement.
