Organizations seeking information about changes under the Affordable Care Act can schedule an AARP health care reform presentation.
The presentation can be tailored to fit the audience and may include a demonstration of the AARP Health Law Guide, a review of Medicaid eligibility or information on the D.C. health insurance exchange. People eligible for the exchange will be able to apply beginning Oct. 1.
AARP volunteer and staff presentations are available in English and Spanish to help people determine whether they are eligible for new insurance benefits.
