AARP is launching a nationwide movement, I Am A Caregiver. To many lawmakers, America’s millions of caregivers are invisible. Yet, these family caregivers hold up a broken long-term care system, which is why AARP is looking for your help.
AARP Illinois is hosting a four-part, hour- long virtual series “ABCs of ADUs in Chicago”. This series, emphasizing AARP’s commitment to Livable Communities, will educate viewers about Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs) and how you can take advantage of this flexible, multi-generation housing option as a property owner in the City of Chicago.
The event is free to all, regardless of age or AARP affiliation, but it is asked that you register for the event by going to events.aarp.org/sheridanshred or calling 1-877-926-8300.
