Surveys have shown discounts to be a popular benefit of AARP membership, so the New Hampshire state office is polling residents age 50-plus to find out what kind of local offers they want.
Conducted on Facebook, the multiple-choice poll aims to gauge members’ interest in four options: sporting events, arts and culture, tourist attractions, and other.
“We are working mostly with nonprofit venues to offer savings on educational and cultural activities that members and their families can enjoy close to home,” said Kelly Clark, AARP state director.
Votes will be accepted until March 31. AARP staff and volunteers will then develop a package of local offers tailored to New Hampshire members. To vote, go to AARP NH Facebook page.
