The six pillars of brain health include: being social, engaging your brain, managing stress, ongoing exercise, restorative sleep, and eating right. AARP Wyoming has made brain health education a priority. Each week we offer a robust series of online classes held via zoom that are free and open to the public. Anyone of any age can join. CHEYENNE - An AARP Wyoming TeleTown Hall with Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney previously scheduled for 5 p.m. on June 24 has been postponed so the Congresswoman can attend a memorial service with her husband, Phil Perry.

AARP Wyoming seeks nominations for The Ethel Percy Andrus Award, the state’s premier award for volunteers age 50 and over in the State.
Skilled Nursing Facilities in Wyoming reported no new COVID-19 deaths or cases of COVID-19 among its residents or staff in the four-week period ending April 18. That is according to the AARP COVID-19 Nursing Home Dashboard, developed by The AARP Public Policy Institute, in collaboration with the Scripps Gerontology Center at Miami University in Ohio.
Located in Dubois, Wyoming, The National Museum of Military Vehicles is home to over 450 fully restored military vehicles. Through the expansive 146,000 square foot facility, visitors experience the American side of World War II through the unique storytelling of the fully restored military vehicles. The museum in its entirety will open Memorial Day weekend with the addition of two other exhibits showcasing, the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
