The Arkansas Legislative Session wrapped up its work in March with two important issues regarding health care. One, Arkansas Works, a program that uses federal funds to help low-income people buy health insurance on the private market, was approved with an appropriation to continue funding the program. Arkansas Works provides insurance coverage to over 250,000 low income Arkansans.
