A rich online roster of events from AARP Montana continues to grow as a vibrant way for people to engage, learn and have fun while easing social isolation during the coronavirus pandemic.
We’re writing with an important message to let you know that we have canceled our external events until further notice. While convening events is a core part of our mission, we have changed our approach in light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
A new squad of fraud fighters is challenging con artists across the state. AARP Montana, in an initiative with the state attorney general’s office, has trained six volunteer outreach specialists to conduct presentations on avoiding the latest swindles.
AARP is here to help you take on today – and every day. From sharing practical resources, to holding fun activities and events, AARP is providing opportunities to connect and help build an even stronger Montana. We hope you’ll join us!
AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides free tax assistance and preparation at 32 sites around Montana through April 15
The Governor’s Conference on Aging will feature speakers, workshops and resources to help participants make the most of aging. Sponsored by the state and a coalition including AARP Montana, the conference runs Tuesday, Sept. 25, through Thursday, Sept. 27, at the Radisson Colonial Hotel in Helena.
