November is National Family Caregivers Month, and AARP New Hampshire is spotlighting its resources for those tending to a loved one.

More than 168,000 family caregivers in the Granite State provided roughly 157 million hours of care to loved ones in 2021, according to AARP data. Visit aarp.org/nhcaregiving to find tips and other resources.
