AARP Experience Corps is an intergenerational program that focuses on helping children become great readers before finishing third grade. Metropolitan Family Service, a non-profit serving the Portland area, is actively recruiting volunteers who are 50+ for the AARP Foundation Experience Corps program to tutor children in select Eastside, North Portland and Milwaukie public schools.
