AARP Pennsylvania and the Jewish Healthcare Foundation of Pittsburgh are teaming up to help get older adults moving outdoors in connection with the Foundation's new Senior Connections initiatve -- and we need your help.

AARP Pennsylvania hosted an exclusive Mayoral Roundtable on Livability & Aging in the Lehigh Valley on June 7. Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski, Bethlehem Mayor Robert Donchez and Easton Mayor Sal Panto, Jr. came together with residents and community leaders to discuss how communities can prepare for an aging population and steps they are taking to make their cities more livable for residents of all ages.
At AARP, we are engaging with the community in new and surprising ways. If you’ve been out and about in Philadelphia, chances are that you have seen us at street festivals, city council meetings, or hosting events. But did you know that we are going to be in the LGBT community even more than ever before?
Looking for new opportunities or help with a job search? Come to the Pennsylvania Conference for Women on Thursday, Oct. 6, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
This spring has been a busy time for AARP Pennsylvania staff and volunteers across the Commonwealth. As the weather warmed up, so did activities in the Lehigh Valley area. In addition to participating in local events and community service projects, AARP has been discussing important issues like caregiving and fraud prevention.
