Re-imagine Your Life with a Life Reimagined Checkup this Fall

Sometimes life takes you in a different direction than you thought you would go. It's never too late to make a change. Start reimagining your life today by attending a free Life Reimagined Checkup.

This fall, AARP Iowa is hosting a series of free, 90-minute sessions in communities across the state. Each check up offers tools and advice to help participants navigate transitions in their work, relationships or well-being.

Sessions are designed to help participants reflect on their goals and aspirations, harness underlying personal strengths, and get the tools and inspiration needed to take the next step.

Events are planned in Cedar Falls, Council Bluffs, Mason City, Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, Des Moines, Davenport, Atlantic and Sioux City.

Complimentary refreshments will be provided at all events. Morning programs include coffee and continental breakfast; evening programs feature light dinner.
