Every veteran deserves to be honored for their service and sacrifice. Wish of a Lifetime from AARP Wyoming celebrates veterans 65 and older with a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Washington, D.C., to see the monuments and memorials built to honor their service and sacrifice. Over four days, the veterans develop meaningful connections as they share unforgettable moments while reflecting upon their service to our country.

The annual Medicare Open Enrollment period begins on October 15th. Join Elliott Greenblott, AARP Vermont Fraud Watch Network coordinator for this special presentation addressing fraud associated with Medicare and what Medicare beneficiaries can do to combat it.
This past August we celebrated the 88th birthday of Social Security. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed the Social Security Act into law on Aug. 14, 1935. Last month I had the honor, along with other AARP volunteers from around the country, to meet in Washington D.C. for a bipartisan discussion with members of Congress about the future of Social Security.
