AARP NY Hitting Road, Hosting Roundtables to Focus on Exchanging Ideas, Shaping Future of Aging in NY

Albany, N.Y. – Thousands of older New Yorkers are waiting for the essential services they need to live independently and safely in their homes, and today AARP New York and other aging advocates called on Governor Kathy Hochul and state legislative leaders for the adequate funding that would end these delays that too often have proven to be life-threatening and even fatal.

AARP Indiana released the general election edition of its video series entitled “AARP Asks the Candidates” featuring the three candidates for Governor: Sen. Mike Braun, Jennifer McCormick, and Donald Rainwater. The videos are part of AARP Indiana’s continued efforts to ensure 50-plus voters know where candidates stand on the issues.
