High-speed internet isn't a luxury, it's a necessity for older Ohioans to age safely in their homes. Ohio broadband leaders have come up with a plan they want your comments on by Sept. 22.

AARP Livable Communities Workshops
Four projects aim to make local communities in Oregon more livable.
AARP surveys consistently find that older adults want to remain in their current homes and communities for as long as possible. But our needs can change as we age, and most houses and apartments are designed for young, able-bodied adults and don’t meet the needs of older residents or people with disabilities.
In June 2023, the City of Mandan, in partnership with AARP of North Dakota, launched Art on a Box, a community-driven public art project that enhances the visual landscape of downtown Mandan.
En Español | AARP in The Virgin Islands collaborated with the VI Department of Sports, Parks & Recreation to help create universally accessible outdoor spaces by installing park benches.
