This event will be held at the Fairfax County Government Center from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 28.

In 2015, approximately $15 billion was stolen from 13.1 million American consumers who were victims of fraud. The 50+ community is often the target of fraudsters, while only makes up 34% of the population, senior citizens make up 55% of reported fraud victims. The AARP Fraud Watch Network is proud to put the spotlight on common scams and show you how to protect yourself from becoming a victim, and we’re continuing that commitment throughout the month of April.
