Cathy Gonzales of Cheyenne has been selected by AARP to receive the 2015 AARP Wyoming Andrus Award for Community Service -- the Association’s most prestigious and visible state volunteer award.
To honor Veteran’s Day and to show our appreciation to our veterans and to our military men and women who have done so much to serve and protect, the Wyoming AARP State Office announced today it is contributing $5,000 to Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing-Platte Rivers in Wyoming.
We have released the Wyoming Caregivers Guide. It is a guide to the various resources available to caregivers and individuals who are aging in place across Wyoming. Developed through a collaboration of AARP Wyoming the Wyoming Division of Aging, the Wyoming Guardianship Corporation and the University of Wyoming: Center on Aging.
