Volunteering

Meet our volunteers and find opportunities to get involved with our outreach and community service programs.
New Hampshire is one of the oldest states in the country and there’s a lot of work to do to serve AARP members, their families, and the general public. That’s why AARP New Hampshire is recruiting volunteer activists from across the state to work on a variety of legislative issues – throughout 2019 and beyond – and become a member of our Capital City Task Force.
It’s a one-of-a-kind event to give you a “taste” of the various volunteer opportunities at AARP New Hampshire. Join us on June 14 at Grill 28 in Portsmouth for Snack, Sample and Serve.
AARP New Hampshire is now accepting nominations for our 2018 Andrus Award for Community Service, which honors 50+ Granite Staters who are sharing their experience, talent, and skills to enrich the lives of their community members. The Andrus Award is AARP’s most prestigious and visible volunteer award.
