Eight Georgia entities awarded grants this year through AARP’s Community Challenge program, which funds quick-action projects to help make communities more livable. AARP Maine is looking for volunteers to help with fraud prevention presentations. Training is provided, so no experience is necessary. You’ll be able to team up with other local fraud fighters and law enforcement officials to help Mainers learn how to spot and avoid scams.
