Andrus Award for Community Service Honors Outstanding Volunteers Age 50-Plus

The AARP Andrus Award for Community Service is the Association’s most prestigious and visible state volunteer award for community service.

AARP Connecticut has selected six recipients for its fourth Livable Communities Grant Program dedicated to fund quick-action projects in Connecticut communities that will help make immediate improvements or jumpstart long-term progress that will support residents. WILMINGTON--AARP North Carolina announced today that Rosalie L. Calarco, a 17-year veteran of constituent services and advocacy under two federal officeholders, will become Associate State Director for its Coastal Region. The appointment is effective November 1.
