MACKINAC ISLAND -- Michigan has a ways to go to position itself as a leader in advancing quality-of -life technologies, such as autonomous vehicles, telehealth and broadband reach, according to a distinguished panel at the Mackinac Policy Conference Thursday.
AARP Mississippi is inviting all Veterans in the area to attend the AARP Veterans Town Hall on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Lady Luck Casino Arena, 1380 Warrenton Road in Vicksburg. The event is free. Veterans may bring one guest. Lunch will be served.
AARP is now accepting nominations for its 2018 Mississippi Andrus Award for Community Service, which honors 50+ Mississippians who are sharing their experience, talent, and skills to enrich the lives of their community members.
