AARP is hosting brain health seminars throughout Northern Virginia to explain how smart habits and social interaction can sharpen your mind. The community meetings will focus on five pillars of brain health: diet, regular exercise, social engagement, relaxation and learning new things.

On May 23, AARP Virginia advocacy volunteers will head to the Capitol in Washington to meet with members of Congress and their staffs to ask them to protect Medicare and ensure affordable access to health insurance.
