I’ll celebrate my 10th year anniversary with AARP this year. When I started, I could not have fully anticipated how deeply this mission would become part of my life. What began as a professional opportunity quickly grew into a calling—one grounded in listening to older Wyomingites, working alongside passionate volunteers, and advocating for policies that help people live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
In the face of the coronavirus pandemic, Wyoming is providing information and resources to help older Wyomingites and those caring for them protect themselves from the virus and help prevent it from spreading to others.

Goshen County’s AARP Community Action Team will present the biopic “Judy,” about the life and career of Judy Garland, at the Wyoming Theater Two in Torrington at 9:20 a.m. on March 18.
What a week - Week Four of the Legislative session brought clarity (and heartburn) to our 2020 Budget Session. Bills crossed from one chamber to the other and are either passed or removed from consideration, allowing AARP Wyoming to concentrate on specific bills. That was certainly the case for us this week and it paid off.
