Four South Dakota communities recently received AARP Community Challenge Grants for quick-action livability projects.

At  AARP, Livable Communities offer safe, walkable streets; age-friendly housing and transportation options; access to needed services; and opportunities for residents of all ages to participate in community life; and we know that Pennsylvania communities are working to become more livable for residents of all ages.

We’re excited to announce that four organizations throughout Iowa will receive a combined $86,775 in 2022 Community Challenge grants – part of the largest group of grantees to date with $3.4 million awarded among 260 organizations nationwide.

The Community Challenge Grant Program will support projects in Cheyenne and Casper.

Today, AARP Connecticut announced three organizations throughout the state will receive 2022 Community Challenge grants – part of the largest group of grantees to date with $3.4 million awarded among 260 organizations nationwide.
