Volu nteers Needed for Residents in Long-Term Care

David Likness of Tucson, Arizona, is a South Dakota native. He attended Northwestern University’s evening MBA program while working full-time. Post-graduation, Likness relocated to Saudi Arabia and worked in the financial industry overseas for 30 years.

It’s a busy day in the AARP Louisiana office. Executive Directors, Vice Presidents and policy makers are milling about the conference room. But the who’s who of Baton Rouge quickly comes to order when a woman directs their attention to the agenda.

AARP’s membership is aged 50-plus, but we work on issues that matter to all Illinoisans. Join us in the fight to lower utility rates, listen to our members as we work to strengthen Social Security and Medicare, fight fraud, support caregivers, work with faith based and diverse communities, and have a little fun!
