AARP Arkansas hosts award-winning Senior Olympics documentary Age of Champions in Little Rock
The 89th Arkansas General Assembly, which convenes in January 2013, will consider several issues of vital importance to Arkansans 50 plus and their loved ones. AARP is recruiting legislative volunteers and asking members to join an advocacy list to track current legislation.

Jerry Lancaster, a long-time AARP Arkansas volunteer leader, passed away recently. Lancaster contributed his time, energy, leadership and wit to AARP for nearly two decades.
AARP Arkansas is building a community presence in the University District located in Little Rock. It’s part of a national initiative by AARP to work with local organizations in specific cities or neighborhoods on issues that affect older people in those areas.
