The Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) have concluded that the Millstone Nuclear Power plant will be profitable through the year 2035, (Docket # 17-07-32).

The season of giving brings about holiday cheer that so many are thrilled to celebrate. Unfortunately, amidst all of the wonderful festivities, some people on Santa’s ”naughty list” are ready to catch you off guard. AARP Illinois is working with the Chicago Sky—the city’s WNBA team—and the Fourth Ward Jewel Osco grocery store in the historic Bronzeville neighborhood to host a food drive, Dec. 11-14. The drive will benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
AARP Louisiana has a Speakers Bureau whose volunteers give presentations on topics such as fraud prevention, caregiving, health care, veterans resources and more.
