This year, AARP Mississippi is presenting Veterans Town Halls throughout the state. So far, the events have been held in Southaven and Richland.

The AARP Smart Driver Course, offered by AARP Driver Safety, is designed especially for drivers age 50 and older. Register today to join the AARP Driver Safety course on October 5!

AARP is looking for volunteers, including a state coordinator, who want to be a driving force in keeping Hawaii’s roads safer.

(Ridgeland, MS) - AARP Mississippi is inviting all veterans in the area to attend the AARP Veterans Town Hall on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The free event will be held at the Biloxi Civic Center, 578 Howard Avenue in Biloxi. Veterans may bring one guest. Lunch will be served.

(Ridgeland, MS) — The city of Gulfport has won the AARP Community Challenge, which aims to create change and improve quality of life at the community level. Gulfport won for its proposal to develop a Bark Park. Each winning project throughout the nation was partially or fully funded through the AARP Community Challenge grant and is set to be completed by November 1, 2017.
