Take advantage of AARP’s Smart Driver course, a refresher tutorial that can be taken in person or online. If you complete the course, you could earn a discount on your automobile insurance (contact your agent to learn more).
Travel season has arrived, along with changes in highways, rules and technology. Oregonians can rev up with AARP Oregon’s driving refresher classes on safety, skills and tech.
Beginning July 1, Kansas drivers will be able to take just four hours—not eight—of a road safety refresher classroom course, thanks to a new law that was passed by the Kansas Legislature and signed by Governor Laura Kelley. AARP Kansas worked with representatives from AAA and the Kansas Traffic Safety Resource Office to get the bill passed by the 2019 Kansas Legislature.
