East High School students will bring their tech savvy to the Cheyenne Senior Center (2101 Thomes Ave.) to help the residents better understand how to use their mobile devices from 11 a.m. - noon on Saturday, October 27.
AARP en Los Ángeles, bajo el lema “Juntos es Posible,” ha preparado una serie de eventos para celebrar la llegada del otoño y el fin de año. Desde la proyección de la ya clásica y altamente premiada película acerca del Día de los Muertos, Coco, los últimos juegos de la temporada con el equipo LA Galaxy, pasando por talleres prácticos para sacarle el máximo a tu celular. Además, aprenderemos acerca de la historia de la ancestral bebida de los Mayas y los Aztecas, el Chocolate, tendremos reuniones de apoyo para las personas que están cuidando de un ser querido, y también nuestra última participación del año en el evento de calles libres de vehículos, CicLAvia, en el centro de Los Ángeles. Todos nuestros eventos son gratis, pero en algunos de ellos debes inscribirte con anticipación.
