One-on-One Mobile Tutoring on Mobile Devices Available Thanks to High School Students

AARP Minnesota will celebrate 50 state trailblazers older than 50 on Thursday, Oct. 17, at the University of Minnesota’s McNamara Alumni Center, in Minneapolis.
AARP Montana is working with Montana Food Bank Network to publicize a new anti-hunger initiative, especially in the eastern part of the state, where many low-income, older residents live and are often homebound.
Fremont County residents are encouraged to come to the Lander Senior Center on October 2 at 11 a.m. to receive a free one-on-one tutoring session on their cell phones and other mobile devices. The event is thanks to a partnership between the Lander Senior Center, AARP Wyoming and students at Lander High School.
Join more than 5,000 AARP Driver Safety volunteers nationwide teaching and organizing the award-winning AARP Smart Driver™ classroom course curriculum.
Hot Springs County residents are encouraged to come to the Hot Springs Senior Center in Thermopolis on September 26 at 11 a.m. to receive a free one-on-one tutoring session on their cell phones and other mobile devices. The event is thanks to a partnership between AARP Wyoming and students at Thermopolis High School.
Free Technology Tutoring Available September 25
David Ellefson of Bismarck will be presented with the 2019 AARP Andrus Award for Community Service during an AARP volunteer recognition luncheon Oct. 9 in Bismarck.
