The Network of Age-Friendly Communities in New York and forward-thinking communities across the state are increasing their focus on livability, walkability, community health, economic development and how these issues impact people of all ages. As New York State government, local governments, community partners, innovators, planners and the aging advocacy network chart their course in livability, AARP New York is pleased to convene leaders in this work.
