Unleash your inner warrior through the transformative power of yoga! AARP NY is happy to share a virtual yoga series. In this series, two variations of yoga practices Chair Yoga and Kundalini are demonstrated to encourage self-care. Yoga is a powerful tool used to enhance mood and well-being, as well as foster mindfulness. Yoga instructors will teach two beginner-level courses with easily adjustable moves.
