AARP is launching a nationwide movement, I Am A Caregiver. To many lawmakers, America’s millions of caregivers are invisible. Yet, these family caregivers hold up a broken long-term care system, which is why AARP is looking for your help.
Cheyenne’s Charlie Simineo was named the 2022 Eddie Wadda Community Service Award winner for 2022 by AARP Wyoming this week. Simineo will be honored at AARP Wyoming’s Volunteer Summit in Casper on Oct. 14 for his service.

The AARP Network of Age-Friendly States & Communities welcomed the City of Madison into the network during its City Council Public Meeting on Monday night. Madison joins 100 other communities in Georgia and over 700 across the nation that have committed to preparing for an aging population.
