Larry Saxxon of San Francisco, a member of AARP California’s Executive Council, graduated today from AARP’s Volunteer Leadership Institute (VLI). Sandoval The California Public Utilities Commission voted unanimously in January of this year to revise the California LifeLine Program to include wireless devices and services.
